Lil Wayne In Lawsuit Over Federal Weapons Charge

An American Attorney has charged Lil Wayne to court, claiming that:
“he knowingly possessed a firearm and ammunition in and affecting interstate and foreign commerce”
The incident which reportedly took place in a flight to Florida from California in a private plane in December 2019, after the aircraft was searched by federal agents at Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport.
The event was allegedly uncovered, after the Federal authorities of the plane received an alert from the Miami-Dade Police, claiming to receive a tip from an anonymous fellow who reported that weapons and marijuana were knowingly being transported by the plane.
Lil Wayne have been charged to court with one count of possession of a firearm and ammunition, the charges as reported by TMZ. The charges which carries the the maximum of 10 Years penalty in prison.
