Burna Boy’s new song “Gettin’ Money” Debuts on Grand Theft Auto
The awards winning Afro-fusion pioneer, Burna Boy has made another major debut, putting Nigeria on the map as his latest single gets featured on GTA auto.
Burna Boy has recently announced the new collaboration via his official twitter page, sharing a trailer of the Grand Theft Auto video game. The trailer which features audio from his latest single “Gettin’ Money”.
The animated video game trailer resounds the fused English language and Yoruba dialect, which is a common feat among West Africans, as Burna Boy renders his Afro-fusion derived lines “Calling from Naija, Hello!?”
Partnerships like this, sees Burna Boy featuring in the gaming world soon. The trailer video which was a notifier for Rockstar Game’s The Cayo Perico Heist video game in GTA Online, is set to premiere in December 15.
As Burna Boy stated in the tweet he had earlier shared with excitement,
