Chance The Rapper and Jeremih working on new album for Christmas

Chance The Rapper is working on a new duo project with the Chicago rapper Jeremih. The album “Merry Christmas Lil Mama: The Gift That Keeps on Giving”, which is intended to give extra holiday feels with some of their old songs.
The album consists of 12 tracks, 10 previously released songs, and two new singles. According to reports from Variety, the two new songs are titled “The Return” and “Who’s To Say,” accordingly.

While Jeremih is currently recovering in the hospital, after been diagnosed positive to Covid-19. The iconic Chicago MC is currently working hard to get better, as he his also preparing for a new release set to drop this Friday. After his long battle with the coronavirus, Jeremih was released from the hospital, accompanied with a ventilator he would be depending on for the meantime. While all Chance could do is wish him a quick recovery.
This album release was confirmed via a tweet Chance The Rapper made on his twitter page, some hours ago.

However, an official announcement for the project was made, after Chance’s meeting with Jeremih, following his release from the hospital.
“To celebrate and express a moment of gratefulness for Jeremih’s recovery on December 4, Chance and Jeremih started to liven up the Holiday season with the release of their Christmas track ‘Are U Live’ from the album (which was recorded, and the video was filmed, in 2017),”
And further elaborated, stating the intentions for the duo project.
“The special collection of songs is a gift to the fans celebrating the Holidays and New Year and will be available for the first-time ever across all streaming platforms.”
