Pochettino leads the race to replace Tuchel at PSG

Former Tottenham manager mauricio pochettino is set to replace Thomas Tuchel at PSG after Tuchel was sacked by PSG on Christmas eve.
Pochettino was relieved of his duties at Tottenham in 2019 after spending 5 years at the club; he made Tottenham a force to reckon with in europe, led them to the champions league final, but he never won any trophy for the team.
According to reports, he is leading the race to become the next manager for the french gaints.
Tuchel was appointed head coach in 2018 as PSG manager and he won two Ligue 1 titles consecutively, he also won the Coupe de France and Coupe de la Ligue in 2020.
He led PSG to the champions league final after many years where they lost 1-0 to bayern munich.
The 47 year old fell short of performance this season as PSG currently sit third in the Ligue 1 table, behind Lyon and Lille.
Tuchel was relieved of duties despite PSG 4-0 victory over Strasbourg on Wednesday night.
