Born Nigerian Afrobeats influenced RnB singer, Michael Adebayo popularly known as Ruger have been signed to the Jonzing World Records, in a recent announcement made by the record label founder, D’Prince.
Ruger has joined the Afrobeats golden child, Rema to create what seems to be the mission of the Jonzing World Records; Creating a new breed of potential youngsters to lead the coming Afrobeats generation.
The 21 years old artist, Ruger was born and bred in Lagos, Nigeria. Growing up in an environment where music is the antidote to pain. Ruger grew up listening to different genres of music. During the past few years, his artistic skills were being polished in to a fine tune of daring sounds, by the Chief Executive Officer of the Jonzing World Records, “D’Prince.” As he had always said boldly,
“music is in my blood”
