Official look at 2001 Japan-Exclusive Nike Air Presto “Rainbow” Reissue

Nike is bringing back fresh looks to the Tobie Hatfields created 2001 “Air Presto” Sneakers. An addition to the collection of the rarest classics hitting the shelves again, since Nike’s 20th anniversary.
Last year, 2020, Sneakerheads were served with a variety of the returns of some of Nike’s most wanted classics. The demands which had risen as a course of the 20th-anniversary celebration, where rare Nike old-school sneakers reappeared in their glory.
Though, not one of Nike’s major classic debuts. The 2001 Japan-Exclusive Nike Air Presto is a one that has graced the shelves of many Sneakerheads over the years, with a cult-like attention. Now returning again, for the first time since 2001. The 2001 Japan-Exclusive Nike Air Presto “Rainbow” is set for a global debut.

Returning in “Rainbow” gradient colourway, seemingly as a support to the LGBTQI+ community. The new Nike Air Presto is covered in University gold from the toe. The gradients which meets with a scale of orange, pink, and purple towards the reer heels. Overlayed with a lace cage. The covetable gradients protrudes over the soles at the toes, creating a contrast for the bright white and light blue mid soles which has a soft touch of orange Swooshes at the midfoot.
Scheduled for global release in March 12th, 2021. The 2001 Japan-Exclusive Nike Air Presto “Rainbow” Reissue is expected to be released on Nike.com and other Nike affiliates. Priced at $130, the sneakers will return in University Gold, Hyper Crimson and Siren Red colourways.
